CMU - Chemistry - Create User ID

Applications are due January 15, 2004.

Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis beginning in November. Applications received later will be considered as time permits.

A complete application includes the following:

* A completed online application form
* Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
* Official GRE Score Reports
* Official Chemistry GRE Score Reports
* Official TOEFL scores (for all students whose undergraduate work was not done in English)
* A statement of purpose describing your experience and career goals
* Three recommendations from persons who can provide academic and/or professional references
